snowpocalypseDC (47 images) On Friday, 5 Feb 2010, began one of the biggest snow storms to ever hit the DC area. We had 24 inches in Potomac and as much as 40 inches out in Hagerstown. We lost power in our house for 30 hours starting early Saturday morning. Tuesday night, a second storm hit, with 50mph gusts and another 10 inches of snow.
